Associates with Felon Rick Ross
Paulette Buchanan associates herself with known felon and kidnapper
Rick Ross by initiating her hatred and denouncing ETC
Ministries with her lies and defamation in
Rick Ross' forum as “Sojourn.” Liars such as Paulette
Buchanan have a tendency to associate with known terrorists and
felons.
It is reported in the wikipedia
website that Rick Ross was convicted of a felony
at the age of 22 for jewelry embezzlement. In another website
it is noted that Rick
Ross had been treated with psychiatric drugs and
is suspected of being a homosexual.
In the Jason Scott case, the testimony indicated that Rick Ross
had masterminded the assault and abduction of Mr. Scott, handcuffed
him for 5 days for extensive cult deprogramming. Mr. Scott eventually
escaped and sued his captors.
On or about September 25, 1995, the jury found that Rick Ross
had “intentionally and recklessly acted in a way that is
so outrageous in character and so extreme in degree as to be beyond
all possible bounds of decency and to be regarded as atrocious
and utterly intolerable in a civilized community.” Rick
Ross was found liable for violations of Mr. Scott’s civil
rights and consequently was court ordered to pay $2.5 million
in punitive damages. The federal judge noted, “the defendants
seeming incapability of appreciating the maliciousness of their
conduct towards Mr. Scott…”
Paulette Buchanan, a know liar, troublemaker and busybody has
aligned herself with the infamous
Rick Ross, a person who is a convicted felon and
was ordered to pay $2.5 million in a 1995 federal civil law suit
for unlawful and false imprisonment , attempted to force Mr. Scott
toward his belief system.
Rick Ross’ has sided with Paulette Buchanan. Attempts have
been made to clarify and show the “legal facts” of
Parks v. Paulette Buchanan, et al., but Rick Ross has purposely
edited the postings to omit the “facts” and post his
biased rhetoric in favor of Paulette Buchanan.
On
the educational side of the house: Rick Ross has
excelled at the High School level of education. He graduated.
It appears that he has no other forms of higher education and
yet he proclaims himself an expert in cults.
According to Dr. Nancy T. Ammerman, an eminent religious scholar
at Princeton University, Rick Ross had a “direct ideological
(and financial) interest in arousing suspicion and antagonism”
against what he called ‘cults’. And noted that while
Ross calls himself an expert he is certainly not recognized as
such by the academic community and in fact, “deprogramming
tactics have been increasingly found to fall outside the law.”
Because of the past criminal activity and kidnappings, the management
of the new Cult Awareness Center (CAN) has disassociated itself
from the likes of Rick Ross.
Paulette Buchanan fits well into the same mindset as Rick Ross…
another seemingly psychiatric case study.
