| The defendants, Paulette Buchanan and Scott Buchanan received notice from the U.S. Postal Service of delivery on three separate ocassions, August 3, August 7, and August 17, refusing to accept the certified and return receipt letter. Regardless, the owner of this freedom of speech web server has concurred that the defendants IP address has been recorded in viewing this web page. The forementioned letter and the web server report will be used as evidence in a Court of Law. The defendants think they can obfuscate the court over this matter. How sad for them! |

Buchanan, et al Paulette Buchanan: I am in the process of filing another law suit against you because of your continual harassment, defamation, libelous website(s), theft by taking, cyberstalking, conspiracy to commit cyberstalking/harassment (involving third parties) and purposely and willingly supplying false information in an attempt to have me arrested by the FBI, local law enforcement, and Connecticut law enforcement. This matter has been going on for more than 5 years and the only thing you’ve accomplished is all of these illegal acts against me. As you are quite aware, I have produced PauletteBuchananLies.com as a rebuttal website toward your malicious actions. This matter can be resolved without having to use a Court of Law. My website, PauletteBuchananLies.com will have only one page describing the contents of this letter. I am requesting that you remove in its entirety all websites, forum(s) discussions/postings, and all other forms of electronic communication, not limited to only the Internet by August 31, 2009 concerning me, my photo business, my ministry, my marriage and anything else that you have libeled/published about me. In return, my rebuttal website, PauletteBuchananLies.com, will go down effectively August 31, 2009 and no other websites will mention you and/or your conspirators. This will be verified. Secondly, I am requesting that you and any of your conspirators will not produce via the Internet any future forms of electronic statements using my images, using my name, and/or describing anything about me, my family, my business ventures, and/or my ministry directly or indirectly. This is to be inclusive of not using the telephone to harass any members of my family, church members, friends/associates, and/or me. I have set up PauletteBuchananLies.com and any other websites to do the same, not mentioning you or any of your conspirators (third parties). PauletteBuchananLies.com will be shut down after you and your conspirators have shut down your websites, removed forum statements, articles and any other forms of electronic communication about me on or about August 31, 2009. This will be verified. Thirdly, I am requesting that you drop/remove any and all charges against me in Connecticut no later than August 31, 2009. This will be verified. If these three reasonable requests are not made by August 31, 2009, then I have no other alternative but to file another lawsuit against you and all of your conspirators. They would have to be listed as co-defendants. And, I will have to claim actual and punitive damages. This is all for your benefit and the benefit of all your conspirators.
